The Banana and Hazelnut Smoothie is an amazing breakfast smoothie!! I stumbled across it by accident, because I didn't actually have enough ingredients to make one of my other ones. And its turned out to be one of my favourites!

INGREDIENTS

1 x frozen bananas

5 fresh pitted dates

A handful of almonds

A handful of hazelnuts

1 x can of coconut milk

Half a tray of ice

Blend it well, and play with the proportions. Any way you do it, it tastes delicious! It's such a great breakfast to have on the go. You'd be nuts not to try it!

I'm a little bit crazy about this print I found at the local fabric store! It took me back to winter holidays spent rugged up in the snow, with a hot cuppa chocolate and card games with the family.

I couldn't leave without taking some of the fabric home! I made a couple of cushions with it and LOVE them. However, I have no room for them in my house. So I've put them up in a new section of the shop called 'One Chance'. It's for once off items that I'm selling, already made. Able to ship within two working days, unless otherwise stated.
